Placing an Order

Either use the order form or telephone your order through. ( please quote the order number in all correspondence).

Pricing Structure

Our pricing structure is correct at the times the goods are displayed on the Janoor website. However they are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are exclusive of any type of local regional Taxes, VAT and delivery.

Payment & Security

Payment must be made prior to the dispatch of all products/goods. Payments can be made through Western Union Money Transfer, Bank Transfer. The goods ordered will only be dispatched when the funds/payments have cleared normal banking procedures. All goods/products remain the property of Janoor until paid for in full. 

Cancellations

Orders can not be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
